I have pictured it a million times,
Now I want to put in in rhymes.
My fairytale vision,
Greater than any fiction.

Hours, which have yet to flee,
As I’m starring out at sea.
Sitting at the port waiting,
My sailor untiringly sailing.

On the horizon appears the wooden boat,
From my heart falls the heavy load.
I’m jumping to my feet,
Running to the water in a heartbeat.

The scene illuminated by the moon,
My fingers aching to touch you soon.
My figure you have discovered on the shore,
I am the one you are longing for.

You are the first to jump of board.
Your arms you wrap around
Me as I command: „Kiss me, my Sailor!
Than you may tell me what’s my flavour.“
