I was never afraid of men.
I was scared of running out of time,
By not doing enough, comitting a crime.
I am still not afraid even when:

Men raise their voice,
Drowning out all reason,
Accuse women of treason,
Saying they had no other choice.

Men raise their weapon,
Ready to pull the trigger,
Using all their vigor,
Obsessed with an Armageddon.

Men raise their hands,
To take advantage of girls,
Calling them rare pearls,
While making nasty demands.

I will not shy away in fear.
The mind, the body persists.
We must raise our fists,
Our voices they must finally adhere.
